I created this retreat because I know what it feels like to lose your connection to yourself in the busyness of life. I also know how powerful it is to pause — to return inward, to be witnessed, to create space and to reclaim your truth.

>> Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for spiritual souls who are ready for deep rest, clarity, and soul reconnection. If you’ve been feeling tired, scattered, or disconnected from your truth — this sacred space is for you. If you've been feeling great and prioritize self healing, "me time" and enjoy opportunities to connect deeper with yourself - this is also for you. You don’t need to “be more healed” or “have it all together” — just come as you are. Your soul already knows.

>> What’s included?

Your retreat includes 4 days / 3 nights of guided transformative sessions with Talia Joy (meditation, embodiment, energy work, and intuitive activation), sacred ceremonies, nature walks and rituals, a welcome package, nourishing meals, live music, healing circles, and comfortable west-coast accommodations. Integration tools to support nervous system regulation and clarity.

>> Where is the retreat located?

The retreat takes place on Gabriola Island, BC, Canada. On Indigineous land, surrounded by trees and ocean, it’s designed to hold you in peace, presence, and restoration. It's healing to be removed from your busy life and swept away to an island. Exact address and directions will be shared after registration.

>> How many people will be attending?

This is an intimate event with space for 10 people. We intentionally keep the group small to allow for deep connection, personal transformation, and individualized attention.

>> What if I don’t know anyone or feel nervous coming alone?

You’re not alone in feeling that way — and you are so welcome. Many seekers come solo and leave with soul family. This retreat is a judgment-free, safe, and sacred space designed for deep connection. Your heart will feel at home here and we will support and help you every step of the way.

>> Is this retreat more restful or more transformational?

Both. This is not a hustle-heavy, full-schedule kind of retreat. It’s a sacred blend of rest for your human and activation for your soul. There will be space to breathe, reflect, move your body gently, and be deeply guided into clarity and embodiment.

>> Can I get a refund if I can’t come?

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the commitment we make on your behalf (accommodation, meals, planning), all sales are final. If you are unable to attend, we suggest transferring your spot to someone else you know or submitting it to our flexibility program where we offer it someone who wants to come but cannot financially afford the full registration at 50% of the price point. You keep what they pay resulting in 50% of your money back.

>> What should I bring or prepare?

You’ll receive a full welcome guide closer to the retreat with everything you need to pack, prepare, and energetically attune to the experience. But at the heart of it — just bring yourself. As you are. That’s more than enough.

>> What if I have dietary needs, individual needs or health concerns?

You’ll be invited to share any food allergies, sensitivities, personal needs, or health concerns after you register. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs with love, sensitivity and care. This is a retreat where your body and unique energy is honoured.
