Hi, I’m Talia Joy!
I’m an author, coach, and the host of The Awakening Her podcast. I help self-aware people move from overwhelm, overthinking, fear, and internal noise… into real-life action, embodiment, and momentum with what they actually want to create.
This program is something I’m really excited about because it comes directly from my own lived experience.
I know what it feels like to be in that “Scared-Cited” space. Where you’re driven. Where you’re inspired. Where you can see what you want and feel pulled toward it… And at the same time, something in you feels stuck. Like there’s an invisible hesitation. A loop of thinking. A sense that you’re close, but not quite moving forward.
For years, I lived there too. Full of ideas, insight, and possibility… but circling instead of stepping forward. What I’ve learned is that this isn’t a mindset issue. It’s not a lack of clarity or motivation. It’s a very specific state we enter when something actually matters to us — and we don’t yet know how to move through what comes up internally when we try to act on it.
The Scared-Cited Framework is what I developed to help MYSELF with that exact problem. And now I use it with my clients.
It’s simple, practical, and repeatable. When I notice myself or my clients overthinking, hesitating, or drifting into too many directions, I come back to it and move through step by step. Not by forcing myself, but by learning how to stay with myself and still move forward.
